With over 28 years of experience as a senior technology leader, Joanna brings her passion for mentorship, sponsorship, leadership development, and diversity in tech into every conversation. She believes in the power of storytelling and authentic connections to inspire personal growth and career advancement.
Through her podcast, Joanna shares insights on navigating mentorship relationships, building leadership skills, and redefining success. Her book blends real-life testimonies with scripture to provide couples with faith-based guidance on love, commitment, and marriage. Joanna's journey began with a deep passion for writing and helping others. This passion is deeply rooted in her own experiences—immigrating to Canada from a different culture, navigating complex career transitions, and breaking barriers as a woman of color in technology.
